BRD-Maintenance Standard

€150/month. Core technical maintenance plus 8 support credits for small tasks and changes each month.

Standard is the most-chosen tier. It covers everything Mini does, then adds 8 support credits per month so you can ask me to handle small content changes, fixes, and tweaks without opening a new project every time. Credits don't carry over, but unused ones can be replaced with credit packs at any time.

What's included

Everything from BRD-Maintenance Mini, plus:

• 8 support credits per month. Each credit covers a 15-minute task. Use them for content updates, copy tweaks, image swaps, page edits, link fixes, plugin configuration, small accessibility patches, and similar work.
• Priority on incidental requests. When you submit a credit-task, it goes ahead of the queue for new project work.
• Quarterly review. A 60-minute call every quarter to read the site's state against the pillars and adjust the maintenance practice.

How credits work

• Credits reset on the first of each month. Unused credits in the current month do not carry forward.
• A credit covers a 15-minute task. Larger tasks consume multiple credits in a row, and you'll be told the estimate before work starts.
• If you regularly run out, the Extra tier (20 credits) is the upgrade.
• If you regularly have leftovers, the Mini tier plus the occasional credit pack is the downgrade. We can switch tier with one month's notice.

• Your site changes regularly enough that you'd rather have me on retainer than open a new project every time.
• You want the technical floor of Mini and a small reservoir of my time built into the relationship.
• You like predictable monthly billing more than per-task billing.
• Your team handles the bigger content production internally, but small tweaks and technical patches sit better with me.
