BRD-Maintenance Mini

€75/month. Core technical maintenance for sites that don't change much and just need to stay healthy.

This is the lowest tier of the BRD-Maintenance offering. It covers the technical care that keeps a site working: updates, backups, monitoring, and security scans. No content changes, no support credits, no project work. If your site is stable and you want it to stay that way without your team having to think about it, this is the plan.

What's included

• Core and plugin updates. Regular updates applied to the CMS core, plugins, themes, and dependencies, in the right order, with rollback ready if something breaks.
• Backups. Scheduled offsite backups, monitored for completion, periodically test-restored.
• Uptime monitoring. Continuous monitoring with alerts when the site goes down. I respond to outages within the documented response window.
• Security scans. Weekly automated scans for known vulnerabilities, malware, and configuration drift, with action when anything is found.
• Tech onboarding. A first-month walkthrough of the site so I have the access, credentials, and context I need to maintain it well.
• Monthly health check. A short report each month confirming the technical state of the site.

What's not included

• Content changes, copywriting, design tweaks, new features. Those run through credits or a separate project.
• Strategic work. Mini is technical care. Strategic alignment lives in BRD-Strategy or the higher tiers.

When you'd want this

• Your site is built and stable and you want the technical floor without your team carrying the maintenance load.
• You don't anticipate frequent content updates or feature additions.
• You want a predictable monthly cost for the bare minimum that keeps the site safe.
• You're comfortable handling content updates yourself and only need me for the technical layer.
