€225/month. Everything in Standard, plus 20 support credits and dedicated support for complex setups.

Extra is for sites that need more frequent hands-on attention or run on more involved infrastructure. It covers everything Standard does, raises the credit count to 20 per month, and includes the capacity to handle complex configurations: multilingual sites, e-commerce, booking systems, learning management systems, community spaces.

What's included

Everything from BRD-Maintenance Standard, plus:

• 20 support credits per month (instead of 8). Use them for the same range of tasks, with more headroom.
• Complex-setup support. Multilingual configurations, e-commerce maintenance (product catalogues, payment-gateway updates, checkout fixes), booking and scheduling systems, LMS course platforms, community and forum maintenance.
• Dependency management for complex stacks. Plugin and module compatibility matrix kept current, breaking-change advance warning, staged updates on staging environments before production.
• Bi-monthly review. A 60-minute call every two months to read the site against the pillars and plan the next interval.

How credits work

Same as Standard tier. 20 credits reset monthly and don't carry forward. If you regularly run out, the Full Management tier is the upgrade.

When you'd want this

• Your site has genuine complexity (multilingual, e-commerce, booking, LMS, or active community) that Mini and Standard tiers don't cover.
• You make frequent enough changes that 8 credits per month doesn't reach.
• You want me reading the site at a higher frequency than quarterly.
• You're scaling and want the maintenance plan that grows with the operational complexity.
