What is a web maintenance emergency?

BeginnerRequests through the regular channels will be addressed within the next 3 business days, more often within 24 hours. Work requests sent via LinkedIn, Mastodon, Facebook, or Instagram are unlikely to reach me within this timeframe and are not accepted.
| Task type | Examples | Channel |
|---|---|---|
| General maintenance | Content updates or plugin installations. Broken links or visual glitches. Requests for new features or functionality. Questions about billing or account information. Requests for website performance reports or analytics. | Email support@doingwellandgood.com, or create a ticket on the client portal. |
| Time-sensitive requests | The website is completely down and not accessible. The website is experiencing errors that prevent users from accessing critical information or functionality. The website has been compromised by a security threat or hack. There is an issue with payment processing that is preventing customers from making purchases. The website has been suspended or taken down due to a violation of terms of service or other policies. | Emergency email sos@doingwellandgood.com, or call me at +46 (0) 76 183 4310. |
Please consider carefully whether using the emergency line or email is warranted. They should only be used for urgent issues that require immediate attention. Using them for non-urgent issues causes delays in response time for other clients who may be experiencing critical issues, and disruption to business processes overall.
