The two tracks

Well & Good sells one thing, the responsible digital engagement, on two tracks. Each track covers the same three phases (Strategy, Build, Maintenance). What varies is how much you bring to the work and how involved you want me to be.

You can switch tracks per phase. A common shape is MVD-Strategy with BRD-Build, or BRD-Strategy with MVD-Maintenance. The phases travel together; the track per phase is yours to choose.

Minimum Viable Digital (MVD)

Client-led. Fixed prices. Suitable for solopreneurs and tight-budget engagements.

You drive the work. I provide the structure (course, templates, verification sessions) and check the output against the framework at fixed checkpoints. This track is for people who have time and want hand-holding more than delegation, or who want to build a presence themselves with a credible framework guiding the choices.

MVD-Strategy. €250. A self-paced course covering the Responsible Digital Ecosystem Framework. You work through the pillar self-assessment, produce your strategic artifacts using provided templates, and exit with what Build will need. Two verification sessions read your output against the pillars.

MVD-Build. €500. A pre-configured templated foundation set up to responsible defaults: accessible, carbon-efficient, privacy-respecting. You choose from a small set of layouts, provide your content and branding, and deploy. I handle hosting, domain, DNS, and email setup. Two verification sessions read the deployed site against the pillars.

MVD-Maintenance. €250. A maintenance course plus manual plus credit-pack access. Your team runs the maintenance using the protocol and checklists provided. Credit packs let you book me for occasional ad-hoc work without opening a new project.

Bespoke Responsible Digital (BRD)

Maria-led. Variable pricing. Suitable for MSMEs and non-profits that want me to lead.

I drive the work. You show up prepared and decide. This is the highest-intensity mode on my side and the lowest on yours.

BRD-Strategy. €3,500. A full RDEF engagement. Five Power Hours, one per pillar. I propose, you decide, I deliver. Ten developed fundamentals (two per pillar). A prioritized action plan that becomes the brief for Build.

BRD-Build. From €2,000. A custom build that closes the pillar gaps Strategy surfaced. Two revision checkpoints and launch. Quoted per project based on scope.

BRD-Maintenance. Four tiers. - Mini. €75/month. Core maintenance: updates, backups, monitoring, security scans. For sites that don't change much and just need to stay healthy. - Standard. €150/month. Everything in Mini, plus 8 support credits per month for small tasks and changes. - Extra. €225/month. Everything in Standard, plus support for complex setups (multilingual, e-commerce, booking, LMS, community). 20 support credits per month. - Full Management. From €2,500/month. A dedicated relationship. I handle maintenance, updates, security, content changes, compliance, performance, and ongoing pillar alignment. Maximum two Full Management clients at any time.

Each support credit covers a 15-minute task. Credits don't expire while the plan is active. Additional credit packs available to plan holders: 4 credits (€40), 8 (€75), 16 (€150), 20 (€175).

Phase by phase

Strategy

Strategy verifies where you stand across the five pillars and produces the artifacts Build will consume. Two paths inside the phase:

• Audit. For organizations with an existing digital presence. A full five-pillar read of what's there. Partial-pillar audits do not exist. A site that is accessible but not privacy-respecting is not a responsible site, even if every other pillar is in shape.
• Discovery. For organizations with nothing yet, or starting over after a rethink. Discovery figures out what should exist in the first place.

You don't pick both. Either there is something to audit, or there is nothing to audit and Discovery is the work.

Build

Build produces the digital presence and closes the pillar gaps Strategy surfaced. Build never begins without a maintenance plan agreed. A site that launched responsibly and has drifted for two years is no longer responsible, and there is no point building something whose first few months of decay are already scheduled in.

Maintenance

Maintenance sustains the work so the pillar reads remain valid over time. Plugins go out of date. Content goes stale. The contact form that was working in March quietly stops sending emails in July. A responsible digital presence is an ongoing practice, and it continues for as long as the presence exists.

What never flexes

Five pillars, always. Three phases, always. A maintenance plan in place before Build begins. Verification of whatever you bring into the engagement, whether it came from a previous consultant, your own team, or an earlier version of this work.

Affordability flexes in two places only: how deep each phase needs to go based on what you arrive with, and which track fits each phase. The framework does not flex.
